Jeff Horton

Jeff may be best known as a member of the 70's era, progressive Bluegrass group The Neon Valley Boys. Since then it's been pretty much downhill. Well, except for a mess of years with the *very* popular New England BG group Northern Lights.

Jeff was at Winterhawk in 1988 and is believed to have been an instigator in the legendary "Bass In Your Face" incident. But it's never been proved, and he remains a free man to this day.
